Is your church interested in hosting a screening?
Here are the 4 easy steps...

1. Fill out the form and mail it in, along with your signed contract.

2. Once we receive your form and signed contract, we will email you all of the publicity materials and templates you may need. We will also mail you the DVD and add your church's name, address, phone number as well as the date and time of your screening to the "Screening Locations" part of our website.

3. Plan the event. Use the templates we provide to make bulletin inserts, tickets, flyers, posters and more! Remember, this can be as involved as you want it to be. Big, small, it's up to you!

4. Host the event! And use the enclosed envelope to drop the DVD back in the mail to us. Thank you for partnering with us to enlighten our generation!!

Because we trust God to provide for this project, as he has thus far, we aren't charging for the right to host a screening. But if God places it on your heart or that or your congregation to give, know that we will thankfully use the money to enter the film in several film festivals worldwide & bless Nick's ministry Life Without Limbs.
